After expanding quickly across the U.K our services now are currently in Dubai, Ibiza, California, Croatia and Saudi Arabia, with plans to reach new destinations over the upcoming seasons. With our world renowned clients including Boomtown, Kendall Calling, Puma, Eden Ibiza, FIVE Hotel Dubai and Love Island, you can be sure you will be working on some exciting and innovative projects.

Overview;
Visual Architects are looking for an Operations Assistant Intern to help us coordinate and organise all Logistics.

This role is extremely varied and you will be required to have a hands on approach and a can do attitude.

Duties and responsibilities
- Operations Co-ordinator Task List
- Support Timesheets that you receive from Construction Co-ordinator
- Support Purchases-Liaise with Construction Co-ordinator
- Support & Monitor the Purchase list
- Support all payments to suppliers-Liaise with Alex
- Create accounts with all suppliers-Liaise with Admin
- Create all construction reports
- Create all Supermarket reports
- File all important docs
- File all Warranties
- Manage the suppliers list
- Make sure that there are available timesheets and error forms for the construction team
- Coordinate all post and distribute it plus sort filing
- Coordinate Supermarket Current
- Coordinate Logistics for oversea projects

- Ability to work on varied tasks

- Motivated and hands on approach
