**What You’ll Be Doing**

**Operational & Administrative Support**
- **Assist with day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to policies.**:

- **Provide administrative support for complaints management, submissions, and audits.**:

- **Manage and maintain diaries for the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), coordinating meetings and appointments.**:

- **Take accurate and detailed minutes at SLT meetings and ensure timely follow-ups.**:

- **Support IT troubleshooting, user access management (EMIS, DOCMAN, AMGP, Smartcards), and liaise with IT teams.**:

- **Maintain the practice website and internal systems (Teamnet).**

**Staff & HR Support**
- **Assist in recruitment, induction, and professional development of staff.**:

- **Support the Operations Manager with administrative aspects of staff appraisals, grievances, and disciplinary matters.**:

- **Manage reception cover rotas and highlight any staffing issues.**:

- **Act as a liaison for students, supporting their setup and induction.**

**Compliance & Governance**
- **Support the Management Team in ensuring CQC compliance, data protection, and infection control standards.**:

- **Assist with safeguarding registers and clinical data management.**

**Facilities & Resources Management**
- **Report building issues and coordinate with engineers and service providers for maintenance.**:

- **Support the authorisation and management of staff leave.**:

- **Ensure personnel files are kept up to date.**

**What We’re Looking For**

**Essential (No Prior Experience Required - Transferable Skills Welcome)**:

- **Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.**:

- **Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders.**:

- **Ability to manage multiple tasks, work proactively, and problem-solve effectively.**:

- **Good IT proficiency (Microsoft Office, Outlook, or similar).**:

- **Strong teamwork skills while also being able to work independently.**:

- **Understanding of confidentiality, data protection, and professionalism.**

**Desirable (Hands-On Experience in a Similar Role is a Bonus)**:

- **Experience in operations management, administrative support, or a similar role.**:

- **Previous work in primary care, NHS, or a healthcare setting.**:

- **Familiarity with NHS systems (EMIS, DOCMAN, Smartcards).**:

- **Understanding of CQC regulations, data protection policies, and health & safety standards.**:

- **Experience in facilities coordination or handling building maintenance issues.**

**Hours**:
40 hours a week

Monday to Friday

Core hours are 8am to 4pm

Salary £26-£29k
