**Role: Production Operative**

**No of Positions: 1-2**

**Hours of Work**

We can offer Part Time Roles (20-25 hours per week) or Full Time Roles (40.25 hours per week)

Full Time Hours: Mon - Thur 8am - 5pm, Fri 8am - 4pm

Part Time Hours: Mon - Fri 9am - 2pm

**Background**

Reporting to the Operations Manager, we are seeking to recruit 1-2 new team members for our botting teams.

**Specific Duties**

To bottle products whether liquid or powder, label and locate on stock shelves

**What we are looking for in new Team Members**:
We are looking for Team members with a strong work ethic and high levels of attention to detail.

**General Duties**
- To bottle (decant) liquids or powders to a specific job sheet
- To box up products as requested
- To Palletise Boxes
- To Wrap and Strap Pallets for despatch
**Accountabilities & Responsibilities**
- To work as part of a team or independently
- To meet company output requirements per hour
- To ensure proper product presentation at all times
- To complete paperwork accurately and neatly
- To maintain house keeping requirements
- To perform all duties in accordance with Health & Safety Procedures
- To maintain good time keeping
**Demonstrated experience/core competencies**
- 5 GCSE’s to include English & Maths as mandatory
- Good Computer Skills
- Good Communications Skills
- Attention to Detail
- Ability to work as part of a team
**Important Information**

Some of our products are hazardous and ppe will be required to be worn

Full training will be provided

Weights of up to 20Kg will be involved in this role on a regular basis

**Progression Matrix & Training**

Atom Scientific are a Real Living Wage employer and strive to develop our team to reach their full potential.

We recruit on and operate a 4 level Progression Matrix, based on existing experience, backed up by regular on-going internal training.

Starting level will depend on experience and existing skills (eg FLT license):
Level 1 - £19,883 pa (£9.50 per hour)

Level 2 - £ 21,000 pa (£10.03 per hour)

Level 3 - £22,517 pa (£10.75 per hour)

Level 4 - £ 24,400 pa (£11.65 per hour)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £19,883.00-£24,400.00 per year
