**What part will you play in our team?**
- To support all depots in administration duties.
- Provide excellent customer service
- Assist with purchasing
- Creating and sending damage notification
- Process customer damage/loss charges
- Recognise and escalate issues to the manager in a timely manner.
- Professional and effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
- Process and complete the flow of picking lists, delivery/collection notes and job cards.
**Am I the person for this job?**

**Qualifications & Experience**
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administration role
- Experience working in a construction/ Plant Hire organisation is desirable
- Knowledge of InspHire/CRM is desirable
**Specific Skills**
- Excellent communication skills
- Great organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise a very busy workload effectively, ensuring all tasks are completed on time
- Team player who can work on own initiative
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent customer service
- Motivated and enthusiastic
- Good IT knowledge
- Proactive, can-do attitude
