Operations Administrator

National Timber Group are seeking to recruit an Operations Administrator to join their team based at Grangemouth, Thornbridge Yard, Laurieston Road, FK3 8XX.
**Main Duties**:
- Reception duties for incoming deliveries, customer collections and visitors.
- Matching up of orders and scanning of retuned pods.
- Creation of orders.
- Despatching of transport tickets.
**Further training of**:
- Treatment works orders.
- Mill works orders.
- Transport tracker.
- Goods in - Booking in, PO’s.
**Working hours, benefits & Pay**:
- This is a full time role working Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week
- An attractive basic salary is offered which is commensurate with the role and negotiable depending on previous skills and experience
- Six weeks holiday per year including eight public holidays
