**The Company & the Role**:
I am delighted to be working for a well-established global business. The interim HR Specialist will report to the HR Manager and will be responsible for performing HR related duties on a professional level, while working closely with the HR team and Managers to provide the best possible support to the company’s employees. The position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: Employee relations, recruitment, on boarding/off boarding, policy implementation, L&D and full employee life cycle.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Take the lead in resolving employee inquiries regarding policies, processes, absence (including maternity and paternity leave), benefits, and compensation promptly.
- Employee Relations support to managers for various queries, such as absence management, performance management, probations, learning and development, recruitment, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
- Ensure all legal right to work documentation is updated, tracked and reported.
- Supports inquiries in relation to benefits, employee details, compensation etc.
- Assists in the development, implementation and management of HR policies and procedures.
- Develops strong relationships with the business and ensures all decision-making processes are consistent within the HR framework.
- Supports recruitment efforts for all employees and maintain recruitment systems and conducts interviews as and when required.
- Learning and development activities
- Deliver on boarding and induction for new hires and support on the employee leaver process.

**Experience Needed to be Successful**
- Exceptional organisational and planning skills with the ability to prioritise their workload while operating with a sense of urgency and be high motivated
- Proven knowledge of employment legislation
