We are currently seeking an experienced **HR Solutions and Systems Consultant** to join one of our clients on a 10 month interim contract.
**The main job responsibilities will be to**:
Provide management, overview, escalation support, issue analysis and performance tracking for processes and vendors that enable HR operational activities within a service management environment using the highest degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
Key activities will include:

- Interact with external service providers to investigate issues, and ensure efficiency of HR operations
- Engage in continuous improvement activities including identification of gaps, design of new process steps, and subsequent form revisions
- Support in-house programs, processes, and compliance requirements including but not limited to:
*Rescind letters for offer withdrawals for FLSA compliance
*Employment law posters
*Monthly auditing for internal compliance requirements
*Process the employee referral pay-out program
*Ensure emergency contact information for all employees is updated monthly for HR team accessibility
- Research, analyse, and respond to service issues arising from HR operational processes and escalations from service providers
- Successfully manage priorities when assigned additional project workload
