Demand Planning refers to the process of forecasting the trends of B2B accounts both future & in-season sales. Our Demand Planning team work closely with our commercial teams and the buying teams of our key accounts. We are looking for that individual that can help drive and deliver our remit to the wider business, help us deliver the service levels required to meet the important business growth projections, giving us that support, yes, administratively but also analytically, and commercially, an individual who can also add texture and colour to our fantastic team You will be working closely with Planners, Customer Service and Stock Controllers. **The Responsibilities**: Replenishment: - Actioning Monday Replenishment requirements for consignment partners (John Lewis and Next) - Ensuring daily Amazon UK replenishment is acted in a timely fashion - Highlighting threats and opportunities and working closely with Demand Planner to ensure maximum sales and optimised cover are in place - Trade Packs - support in weekly trade packs for consignment, Amazon and any other future requirements - Sell Through Reports - manage the data set requirements to report on sell through for our key accounts Stock: - Support demand planners in the MSSI update requirements - Product Life Cycle: coordinate the management of Trading Classifications - Reporting monthly stock reporting - Line Card updating and reviews - Optimisation: coordinate and manage optimisation requirements and demands for & across B2B Intake: - Running and updating purchase order data - Updating team with any ex-factory delays, highlighting any threats or opportunities, coordinating with our supply chain team Buy Process: - Support demand planners in the monthly buy process - running reports, setting calendar events for cut offs, updating buy files, etc. - Prepare all information for seasonal/monthly/weekly forecast meetings for UK B2B channels. - Support on the monthly future buy optimisation - Managing the availability change log due to cancellations or deferring buys - Support with Buy Summaries to commercial teams - Support on Amazon weekly & monthly reporting requirements -> S&OP updates **The Person**: - Graduate/Entry level or with experience of supporting a Wholesale B2B team with planning & merchandising functions - Experience in fashion or the footwear industry is an advantage - Proficient user of Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint (X-Lookups, ifs, Index Match, Pivots, Graphs) - Knowledge of Tableau would be advantageous - You'll be a proactive person enthused by the results of your team and your division - Excellent multi-tasker who isn’t afraid of a challenge or change - Commercially savvy - Positive attitude and of course, a great sense of humour - You'll be creative but also have an analytical mindset. - A great collaborator and team player - Hard working, self-motivated and great communicator - Calm temperament under pressure **Benefits**: Private health or dental insurance Pension contribution 25 days of holidays Free pairs and product discount Learning and Development Plan Hybrid working hours with a minimum of 2/3 days in our office in Hammersmith ️Summer Fridays (6 ½ days in July and August on Fridays) ‍️Wellbeing programme - Sanctus coaching, Calm App and Retail Trust Access Life assurance
