Wholesale Planning Assistant

**Are you self-motivated, ambitious, confident using Excel, with an analytical mind? We're recruiting for a Wholesale Planning Assistant to join a premium footwear brand in their Hammersmith office** You'll be reporting into the Global Planning Manager and will be responsible for supporting the team in forecasting the trends of B2B accounts both future & in-season sales. **Responsibilities**: - Assist the Planners in the demand planning for new & existing products within the B2B channels - Actioning Monday Replenishment requirements for consignment partners (John Lewis & Next) - Ensuring Daily Amazon UK replenishment is in acted in a timely fashion - Highlighting threats and opportunities and working closely with demand planner to ensure maximum sales and optimised cover are in place - Trade Packs - support in weekly trade packs for consignment, Amazon and any other future requirements - Sell Through Reports - manage the data set requirements to report on sell through for our key accounts - FTS Reports: send to commercial team on daily basis - Product Life Cycle: manage and ensure the Trading Classifications are updated in Nav - Reporting: create a simple suite and /or summaries on stock levels (both current and future) - Optimisation: coordinate and manage the optimisation requirements and demands for & across B2B - Identify opportunities to optimize inventory and meet customer demands within the UK B2B channels - Running and updating purchase order data for review and analysis - Ensuring product availability and dates are maximized for business needs, reporting variances highlighting opportunities & threats to order book, with in mind, any impact to demand planning - Support demand planners in the monthly buy process - running reports, setting calendar events for cut offs, updating buy files, etc. - Prepare all information for seasonal/monthly/weekly forecast meetings for UK B2B channels. - Support on the monthly future buy optimisation - Managing the availability change log due to cancellations or deferring buys - Support with Buy Summaries to commercial teams - Support on Amazon weekly & monthly reporting requirements -> S&OP updates - Other Ad-hoc requests - Constant re-evaluation for improvements and value-added to our tools and processes **Who Are You**: - Experience of supporting a Wholesale B2B team with planning & merchandising functions within fashion or the footwear industry is preferable. - Proficient user of Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint (Xlookups, ifs, Index Match, Pivots, Graphs) - Knowledge of Tableau would be advantageous, but essential - Understanding of KPI’s. - You’ll be a proactive person enthused by the results of your team and your division - Excellent multi-tasker who isn’t afraid of a challenge or change - Commercially savvy - You’ll be on the pulse with all channels of activity - Positive attitude and of course, a great sense of humour - You’ll be creative but also have an analytical mindset. - A great collaborator and team player - Hard working, self-motivated and great communicator - Calm temperament under pressure **The company offer hybrid working (2-3 days in the Hammersmith office), great salary+ benefits (bonus opportunity, healthcare, pension, summer Fridays, wellbeing programmes, learning and development opportunities), so get applying** **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Company pension - Employee discount - Employee mentoring programme - Financial planning services - Health & wellbeing programme - Private dental insurance - Private medical insurance - Work from home Schedule: - Day shift - Monday to Friday Supplemental pay types: - Yearly bonus Work Location: Hybrid remote in London, W6 8AF
