**Type**: Permanent, Part-Time

**Working hours**: Mon - Fri, 5 Hours per day.

**Job Function**:To support the Hire Desk through daily activities enabling the business to capture customer feedback and investigate invoice queries.

**Reporting to**: Hire Desk Manager

**Liaising with**: Customers, Head Office, Depots, Customer Ops Desk.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Surveys**:

- Conduct and manage customer satisfaction surveys, ensuring accurate data collection and reporting.
- Analyse survey results and provide insights to relevant departments for process improvement.
- **Invoice Queries**:

- Handle customer and internal queries related to invoices, ensuring timely resolution.
- Liaise with the finance team and clients to ensure smooth processing of invoice queries.
- Maintain accurate records of invoice communications and resolutions.
- **Hire Desk Support**:

- Assist the hire desk team during peak periods, supporting various administrative tasks as needed.
- Handle customer enquiries, bookings, and off hire related to equipment hires.
- **General Duties**:

- Assist with ad hoc tasks as required to support the team.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**:

- Previous experience in administration or customer service is desirable.
- Experience handling invoices or financial queries is an advantage.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- **Personal Attributes**:

- Customer-focused with a friendly and approachable manner.
- Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £15,625.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 per week
