Service and Warranty Advisor.

You will be working as part of a small team at our Service & Warranty Centre in Lostock Hall, Preston.

Your day to day duties will include;
- Using our internal IT system to create and process a range of paperwork including job cards and invoices.
- Processing warranty claims with various manufacturers in line with the company and manufacturer's policies.
- Liaising with the workshop onsite ensuring all work is completed in the given timescale.
- Sourcing and ordering warranty and chargeable parts from a variety of suppliers.

We expect you to demonstrate and have experience in the following skills,
- Teamwork and ability to use own initiative.
- Excellent Customer Service. This is a customer facing role so you must have experience and be comfortable in dealing with customers.
- Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines.
- Friendly, motivated and organised personality with a 'can do' attitude.

We are ideally looking for someone with previous experience in the Caravan or Motor trade.

**Benefits**:

- Competitive rate of pay
- Monday - Friday 8am - 4.30pm / Saturday 8am - 12pm - Overtime is paid at 1.5 rate over 40 hrs
- Saturdays are worked on a rota working 1 in 3. (Sundays and bank holidays closed)

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: From £24,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Preston, PR5 5JY: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- customer service: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
