**WARRANTY ADMINISTRATOR**

**Shift : Monday to Friday**
**Timings : 08:30am to 05:00pm**
**Salary : £33,000 + Monthly bonus £450 per month + OT**

**The Role**:
This busy role will suit an enthusiastic individual with previous Warranty experience. You must have a positive attitude and willingness to work as part of an effective team as well as being a good communicator to meet and exceed high customer expectations and service levels.

**Main responsibilities will include**:

- Self-audit of warranty claims
- Administration of warranty claims
- Liaising with the Service teams to advise on training and manufacturer process
- Maximising warranty opportunity
- Direct communication with the manufacturer with all aspects of warranty and goodwill requests

Working hours will be full time Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm with an unpaid lunch break of 30 minutes alongside every other Saturday, 8.30am to 12.30pm, on a rota basis.
