**Executive Administrator/PA | Hybrid (Glasgow) | £25K - 28K DOE**

This role is ideal for someone who has mastered the fundamentals with supporting C-Suite Executives and is now ready to take on broader responsibilities, including project coordination, stakeholder communication, and administration of decision-making processes.

It’s an exciting time to join our team at Golden Charter. Over the next 12 months and beyond, we have an ambitious growth strategy. We’re modernising our systems and processes and reviewing how we position ourselves in the market.

**What you’ll be doing**:
As the Executive Administrator, you’ll deliver comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Assistant and C-suite Leadership Team, playing a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the executive’s office and the effective management of all administrative tasks.

Key tasks will involve: managing schedules, booking travel and preparing travel itineraries, handling communications, identifying improvements in office procedures, and providing effective administration to support our corporate governance framework.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Previous Executive Administrator experience (C Suite level ideal but not essential)
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Minute recording and action tracking
- Detail-oriented with great time management
- Knowledge of Microsoft packages
