Sourcing Partner Ltd is a sister company to RKW Ltd and a key part of the Sutton Venture Group. The team is seeking a highly organised and motivated person to look after its Shipping and Finance.

SPL complete end to end product sourcing and branding solutions, adding value from the manufacturing and importing process right through to retail. The team can manage all parts of the chain including product design, manufacturing, quality control, packaging and shipping to give you complete peace of mind. Offices in China, Taiwan and India enable us to communicate 'on-the-ground' ensuring that we select the best quality and most cost effective sources of supply.

**_Responsibilities and Duties_**
- Working closely with suppliers in China, Taiwan, Vietnam, and India to help manage their deposit and balance payments.
- Liaise with the finance department to manage payments in and out, build financial reports and work with the management team on forecasts and budgets.
- Build relationships with our key customers to help book their shipments. request their deposits and process their balance payments.
- Monitor and track shipments, to ensure on time delivery, resolving any issues or delays.
- Collaborate with internal departments, suppliers, carriers and third party logistics partners to coordinate and book shipments.
- Negotiate favourable shipping rates and terms with carriers and freight forwarders to optimize cost effectiveness.
- Communicate with the warehouse to ensure successful bookings into the warehouse.
- Invoicing customer on the system

- Precise attention to detail is important for tasks such as maintaining records, managing budgets, and reviewing documents for accuracy.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good level of ability with MS Excel, as well as wider Office suite, and database technologies is preferred
