**HR Assistant - 9 month FTC**

**Job purpose**
We are currently looking to recruit a HR Assistant on a 9 month fixed term basis, based in our Leeds office supporting our Service Lines. You will assist our HR Advisors in delivering a professional, commercial and consistent HR service across offices inour central region. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and experience within HR.
**What will I be doing?**
- Co-ordination of recruitment
- Provision of management information/analysis
- Offering basic HR advice to line managers
- Co-ordinating assessment centres
- Reviewing offer letters
- Managing the starters/leavers process
- Monitoring probationary reviews
- Managing the sickness absence recording and monitoring process
- Assisting with benchmarking and research projects
**We're looking for someone with**
- Experience providing a high standard of support within a busy HR environment
- Somebody interested in progressing their career in HR
- Proactive approach to HR support and admin
- Confident communication skills
