Due to continued expansion across the business, my client a market leading manufacturer is seeking to enhance its team on site with the appointment of a Warehouse Supervisor into the business.

**Role Description**
- Report all hazardous machinery, equipment, situations and act upon accordingly
- Any incidents or unsafe situations to be reported to the line manager or any other acting manager on site in their absence immediately without fail
- Environmental policies and procedures are followed and complied with all times
- Adhere to Safe Working Procedures for all areas
- Review SWPs and Risk Assessments including dynamic RA should the need arise
- Continuously monitor operations in the warehouse daily
- Work closely with Woodlands to plan the days UK Freight
- Arrange the manifests, picking and loading of all finished goods
- Manage the paperwork and sign offs of all loads leaving site
- Monitor stock/space levels in the warehouse and request storage loads where required
- To understand and be able to assist and cover material requirements e.g. receiving raw materials in Bulk or bag form and debagging
- Assist with month end stock counts
- Book in returns when sent back regarding any customer quality issues
- Manage the paperwork and sign offs of all loads leaving site
- Monitor stock/space levels in the warehouse and request storage loads where required
- Check sign off Linde fleet on a regular basis

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Ability to work safely and comply with all safety procedures
- Abilities to communicate and work alone efficiently
- Extensive knowledge and experience of Navision (WMS) - picks, shipments, complaints and lot content
- Ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to handle pressure
- Ability to maintain high standard of housekeeping
- IOSH or Safety Qualification
- FLT or Reach Experience
