We are looking for an individual with warehouse experience who holds a valid Counterbalance and Reach Truck licence to join our team at Humdinger

Position Type: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 39

Pay range: £15.32

Breaks: 2 x 30 minutes

Shift Pattern**:Rotating Weekly, Monday - Friday.**

Monday - Thursday:
Week 1: 06:00 - 14:00

Week 2: 14:00 - 22:00

Week 3: 22:00 - 06:00

Friday:
Week 1: 06:00 - 13:00

Week 2: 13:00 - 20:00

Week 3: 20:00 - 03:00

**Responsibilities**:

- To ensure the department provide all stock on time to Production/Operations team
- Supervision of all staff with particular emphasis on those under direct control.
- Accurate control of stock movements within, into and out of the Bromborough sites.
- Accurate completion of all required paperwork & QAD transactions.
- Development, creation and utilisation of warehouse related SOP’s including the rolling out of same to the team
- Control replenishment and removal of consumable stock from factory locations.
- Fork lift truck condition monitoring - operationally available and assessed regularly - daily/per shift.
- To ensure good manufacturing practice is followed in the warehouse and associated areas especially with respect to food production standards.
- To communicate with production areas to ensure requirements are met to meet operational targets.
- To collate and present reports as and when required

Qualifications:

- Substantial experience working in an FMCG environment
- Substantial experience of warehouse operations (FLT license (Counterbalance & Reach Truck)
- Proven supervisory/leadership skills
- Conversant with warehouse operations principles
- Demonstrable appreciation of KPI’s
- IT Literate in Microsoft office
- Excellent administration skills
- Health and Safety awareness - SEMA racking inspection awareness
