Total Staff Services are currently recruiting for a permanent position as a Warehouse Shift Supervisor for one of our clients in Bromborough. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be allocated responsibility for a range of activities within the 4 main departmentsof the operation; Returns, Goods In, Warehouse Control, Dispatch.

Working hours are 3 on 3 off, 0800-2000.

Salary of £27,000 depending on experience.

**Duties will Include**:

- Working alongside the management to ensure day to day duties in the warehouse are completed.
- Being responsible for the hourly performance of your team.
- Ensuring all KPI's and SLA's are achieved.
- Ensuring all SOP's and H&S policies are adhered to.
- Leading and motivating the current team.
- Assisting with employee training as well as development and engagement.
- Managing the daily work plan alongside management.
- Attending regular SIC (Short interval control) meetings.
- Presenting your teams performance to your Operations Shift Manager.
- Dealing with any issues that fall within your authority immediately.
