Office Administrator

The ideal applicant will be motivated, highly organised, have a keen eye for detail and have a methodical approach to all tasks. The position offers a wide variety of duties which would include:
Answering the telephone, taking messages and making telephone calls
Dealing with customers enquiries providing a high level of customer service
Running the office diary on a day to day basis
Other duties will include customer invoicing, filing and liaising with suppliers
A high level of numeracy and literacy will be required for this role along with excellent communication skills.
Sage experience would be desirable but is not essential. Final salary will be dependant on experience.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
