**Hours**: 15 - 20 hours per week, Timings flexible to suit

**Salary**: £9,750 - £13,000 (£26,000FTE)

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client On-boarding**
- Be responsible for preparing engagement letters, ensuring they are signed and returned.
- Obtaining clients ID.
- Requesting HMRC authorisations.
- Setting up job management boards for new clients.
- Keeping a log of the new clients and ensuring the spreadsheet is up to date.
- Requesting handover information from previous Accountants.
- Ensuring the process is smooth, professional and streamlined.

**Job Management Control for the team**
- Tracking the movement of clients records and jobs as they come in and out of the office.
- Month end reports including statements and debtor chasing.
- Running monthly reports for the Founder on WIP completed and highlighting any problem areas.
- Proof reading client correspondence and ensuring they are professional and accurate.

**Post Management**
- Sorting through the post and ensuring any letters are distributed to the correct colleague.
- Scanning clients post and forwarding on in a timely fashion.
- Documenting the post out and making sure the post is sent correctly and on time.

**Eligibility & Requirements**

**Essential**
- Proven administrative experience, ideally in a professional services or Accountancy practice.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

**Desirable**
- Experienced in using Zero or other similar Accountancy software.
- Proof reading experience.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £9,750.00-£13,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
