As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our dynamic team.
The Project Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the project management team by ensuring that all administrative aspects of solar installation projects are handled efficiently and effectively. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the planning and coordination of solar installation projects from inception to completion.
- Maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, schedules, and reports.
- Track project progress and update relevant stakeholders on timelines and milestones.
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
- Prepare and distribute project-related correspondence and documentation.
- Manage project budgets and track expenses to ensure projects remain within financial constraints.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, bids, and presentations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide administrative support to the project management team as needed.
**Qualifications**:.
- Previous experience in project administration or a similar role, preferably within the solar or construction industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy..
- Knowledge of solar energy systems and industry standards is advantageous.

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
**Education**:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
