**What we are looking for in you**
**Mandatory**
- Pega Certified System Architect qualification (preferably in v8 or above)
- At least 12 months of experience working in a Pega development team
**Desirable**
- Working knowledge or exposure to Pega Decisioning / Next-Best-Action Designer
- Understanding of, and development experience using Agile Methodology
**Responsibilities, Duties, and Traits**
- Self-motivation, a positive attitude, and a thirst for knowledge and progression
- A highly technical, hands-on, motivated and collaborative individual with exceptional communication skills and proven experience working with diverse teams of technical architects, business users and IT teams.
- Working with the Snr. System Architects, Lead System Architects, and Business Architects to assist in developing requirements, solution, and component design using Pega platform
- Partner with both the client and the business team to develop high quality deliverables across all phases of a project (requirements gathering, design and build phases, user acceptance testing, etc.)
- Demonstrate commitment to and enthusiasm for the client’s success by taking personal accountability to ensure that the product is fully functioning, meets business requirements, and is approved by our clients
- Interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate, partner, and collaborate
