We’re looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on, junior data administrator with a love of data and a flair for organisation. Working as part of a busy and dynamic communications team, reporting to the Information manager, this role is key to the day-to-day coordinationof the practices’ core data sets.
**Key tasks**
- Day to day administrative duties include assisting the practice to collate, coordinate and cleanse key data sets to ensure core information is maintained and organised for the smooth running of the business and to assist new business activity
- Responsible for verifying, updating and inputting key project, organisation and contact information to our respective databases, specifically:
- Regular updating of the contacts database, events management, CRM system and image library and supporting spreadsheets
- Helping to compile and maintain project data (images and project sheets)
- Collating and uploading press cuttings to the intranet
- Managing the communications activity calendar
- Desk research and responsibility for mail-outs (digital and print) - list generation, distribution, monitoring
- Attending internal events when relevant
- Building and developing relationships with all relevant internal stakeholders.
**Experience**
Previous data administration or experience in a similar environment is required.

- Ability to work and manage your time independently as well as being able to work as part of a team
- Excellent organisation skills and time management
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- MS Office skills
- Experience of databases, knowledge of CMAP and OpenAsset a bonus
- Proactive, resourceful
- Ability to work under pressure
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic
- Approachable and helpful with a sense of humour
