Membership Engagement Administrator
Our client is seeking an individual with experience of working ideally within a membership, customer service role, marketing or within a professional membership organisation.
Who will you be working for?
Our client is an innovative healthcare organisation located in the City of London.
What will you be doing?
As Membership Engagement Administrator you will be one of the main points of contact for internal staff, Members, stakeholders and non-members.
You will provide accurate and timely responses to membership queries and be knowledgeable about the membership categories and their benefits, as well as the subscription collection process, with potential discounts that are available.
You will be proactive, continually looking to develop better ways of working to increase the productivity and efficiency of the team as well as sharing your ideas around membership engagement projects.
You will need:
You will have previous experience of working in a similar and fast paced position.
In addition:

- Proven administrative skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Experience of data handling, including sensitive data, and processing financial Payments.
- Experience of using a CRM system.
- Understanding of data protection laws.
- Understanding of the principles of engagement and marketing.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent attention to detail.
How to apply?
The Membership Engagement Administrator position is a 11-month fixed term contracted opportunity; paying £28,900 - £30,600 p.a. (salary is dependent on experience) plus great benefits such as contributory pension, accident cover, flexible working and much more.
