Enrolment Support Specialist

To provide support and guidance to those interested in joining RICS, determining eligibility for membership across all routes and equipping them with relevant information from which to commence the professional qualification journey.
**Key Achievements & Responsibilities**
- Act as an ambassador in delivering a consistent and high-quality experience, delivered through multiple channels.
- In collaboration with colleagues (In Market/Strategic Partnerships/Early Engagement/Stakeholder Engagement), provide pre enrolment support to firms detailing eligibility requirements.
- To work collaboratively with colleagues in EQS to ensure standards and integrity of processes are followed through accuracy of data capture for onward validation and entry onto the register.
- Adherence to opportunity and prospect management process through CRM to provide accuracy of forecasting and market opportunities.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of routes to membership requirements to maintain standards of entry into RICS.
- Actively record, update, and amend customer information on internal databases to ensure accurate data.
- Ensure confidential and financial information is secure by complying with data protection regulations (GDPR)
- Gather market insight to better inform RICS in market teams and identify business opportunities

- Identification of sales growth opportunities
- Accurate data capture as evidenced by data validation with EQS.
**Experience Required**
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with a genuine passion for speaking to customers, understanding their needs, and achieving targets as a result.
- Experience of working as part of a large global team
- A commercial mindset focused on delivering outstanding experience.
- Ability to influence and persuade others.
- Confident in delivering presentations to multiple stakeholders
- A sound understanding and ability to work with Microsoft packages
- Committed to improving and developing own personal skills through training and development
- An eager, flexible, team worker who is committed and conscientious
- Fluent in the German language
