Birmingham City University is seeking three organised and proactive Enrolment & Graduation Coordinators to support the delivery of enrolment and graduation processes and events. You will work closely with the Enrolment & Graduation Officer, programme administrators and the events team to ensure all activities comply with University regulations and provide a positive experience for students and staff.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate the day-to-day administration of enrolment and graduation processes.
- Liaise with academic and professional services teams to ensure smooth delivery of activities.
- Support the planning and execution of graduation ceremonies in collaboration with the events team.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation relating to enrolment and graduation.
- Respond to enquiries from students and staff regarding procedures.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of enrolment and graduation communications.
- Support process improvements and implement changes as required.
- Ensure compliance with University policies and regulations during all activities.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and data analysis related to enrolment and graduation.
- Provide cover and support for other team members during peak periods or absences.
- Support University events such as enrolment, graduation, open days, and clearing.
The Enrolment & Graduation Coordinator will have:
- Experience in administration or coordination within a busy office environment.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Effective communication skills with students, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of University regulations and procedures, preferably related to enrolment or graduation.
- Experience using student information systems or similar databases.
- Customer service skills and a student-focused approach.
- The ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

Appointees with prior LGPS membership who wish to enter the LGPS scheme will be able to do so and will be employed by Birmingham City University directly.
