Are you an Experienced Business Development Manager - who comes from a background in Aluminum Extrusion & Fabrication?
Would you thrive representing a business on the Market that can offer end to end solutions in house, in order to offer your customer base a one stop when it comes to offering Aluminum solutions from Design concept through to finishing touches?

- **Package Details**:
- Salary (Depending on level of experience) Very Competitive + Annual Bonus

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Effectively managing your portfolio of clients and regularly winning new business.
- Developing strong relationships with new clients and selling a full range of services across Aluminium Design, cutting, CNC/Bending and powder cutting.
- Building a successful pipeline, breaking down key areas across the UK.
- Undertaking rotations around the business to ensure you understand all aspects of the process.
- Gaining real exposure to the warehouse/Workshop in order to provide customers with updates on work and pending jobs.
- Conducting market research to ensure you are knowledgeable about competitors.
- Creating, qualifying and managing the entire sales cycle.
- Negotiating payment terms with existing and potential customers to try to improve the return on investment.
- Using the pool of non-allocated customers to win and develop business and eventually turn them into regular allocated customers.
- Identifying future tactics to secure or develop the business.
- Meeting face to face with clients to enhance customer relationships and regularly meeting with new business’s via teams.
**Required Skills**:
- Proven track record in business development.
- Passion for cross selling multiple services.
- Strong knowledge into Aluminium Extrusion & design.
- Ability to present to business’s on all levels.
- Passion and Drive to over exceed targets.
