I am exclusively partnering with a leading Nuclear business who are looking to recruit a Head of TA on both a perm and interim basis.

Our client employs over 3,000 people across several sites in the UK. This role will involve some travel to sites near Chester (North West) and Slough (Berkshire) for 1-2 days per week and then you will have the flexibility to work from home for the reminderof the week.

Our client is looking for an experienced TA leader who can provide an initial consultative 'deep dive' across the business and then implement an action plan to set up and improve TA processes across the business. The role will scale the TA team and managethe relationship with the current master vendor.

This role will report to the CPO and partner with business leaders to support Talent needs across the business. Looking at both operational and strategic resource plans, you will support the business to implement the correct operating model linked to theirgrowth plans.

This role would suit an experienced Head of TA who has experienced setting & leading a TA strategy. Ideally you will have worked within the Energy sector, or a sector closely linked such as Engineering, Oil & Gas ect.

The role can be offered on a 12 month contract or a permanent basis. The salary on offer for this role is up to £100,000 pa + benefits.
