Talent Acquisition Partner – French Speaking

Location: Slough (Hybrid / Remote – occasional office visits preferred)

Contract: 6 months

About the Role

Randstad Sourceright are recruiting on behalf of Mars for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join the EMEA Talent Acquisition team, supporting the French region.

This is a full 360 recruitment business partnering role, providing end-to-end recruitment support across a range of business areas for Royal Canin, part of the Mars family.

You'll manage the recruitment process from requisition to offer, working closely with hiring managers to deliver exceptional talent and a world-class candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across functions such as Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and more.
  • Partner with hiring managers to take briefs, advise on recruitment strategies, and deliver against business needs.
  • Raise requisitions, manage applications, and ensure smooth candidate management through the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Collaborate closely with the wider EMEA Talent Acquisition team to share best practices and ensure consistency in process and delivery.
  • Source and engage candidates directly where needed (though deep sourcing expertise is not essential).

About You

  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment — ideally in-house, but agency experience will also be considered.
  • Fluent in French (both written and spoken) – essential.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and delivery-focused.

Desirable

  • Experience recruiting within large, matrix organisations.
  • Exposure to FMCG or consumer goods environments.
