We're Hiring: Senior Talent Project Administrator (Contractor)

Hybrid: 2 days/week on-site in Slough (Tuesdays & Thursdays) | Contract | Global Talent Management

Are you a detail-driven project coordinator with a passion for enabling strategic HR initiatives? We're looking for a Senior Talent Project Administrator
(SAII level)
to support a dynamic Talent Management team at a pivotal moment of transformation.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide high-level project coordination and administrative support across multiple Talent Management initiatives.
  • Manage calendars, meetings, documentation, and follow-ups with precision and discretion.
  • Track milestones, risks, and deliverables using structured tools and templates.
  • Support budget tracking, vendor coordination, and purchase order creation.
  • Prepare polished presentations, Excel reports, and communications for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Foster collaboration across Talent teams and external partners.
  • Build trust and rapport quickly with stakeholders across the business.
  • Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.

What You Bring:

  • 6+ years of experience in project administration or coordination, ideally within HR or Talent functions.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and project management tools.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders and managing confidential data.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
