Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Operations Specialist based in Slough. The Sales Operations Specialist will manage key sales processes, analyze sales data, and implement strategies to improve organizational efficiency. Responsibilities include supporting the sales team, developing and maintaining operational plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing regular reporting on sales metrics. The role also involves ensuring high standards of customer service and contributing to the overall success of the business.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating sales data and identifying trends and opportunities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external clients.
- Experience in sales and sales operations, with a solid understanding of processes and strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Proficiency in customer service to provide excellent support and build strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales performance tools is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Relevant experience in business operations or leadership development industries is advantageous.
