**About the Role**:
We are growing our Talent Acquisition team at ArvatoConnect Step into a dynamic role as a Talent Acquisition Advisor, where you’ll play a key part in shaping our growing workforce

**What you’ll do**:

- Deliver the end-to-end recruitment process - sourcing, screening, and securing top talent.
- Manage job postings across various platforms, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data accuracy and smooth workflows.
- Prepare and issue offer letters and contracts, ensuring a smooth transition to onboarding.
- Attend job fairs and recruitment events to expand our talent network and promote our employer brand.
- Managing our shared inboxes, ensuring good response rate to meet SLAs.
- Conduct in-person right to work checks as and when needed.

**What you’ll bring to the table**:

- Minimum 1.5 years' experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment.
- Expertise in sourcing techniques, including job boards and direct headhunting.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - you're confident, engaging, and proactive.
- Tech-savvy, with experience using ATS platforms.
- Highly organised with great attention to detail, ensuring smooth and efficient hiring operations.

**Minimum Criteria**:

- Previous experience in a Talent Acquisition role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
- A passion for people and a drive to create an exceptional hiring experience.
