Ambulance Make Ready Technicians prepare Emergency and Non-Emergency Ambulances for operational duty to agreed standards for the benefits of patients and staff. This will include cleaning, decontaminating, stocking, checking vehicle roadworthiness as well as checking safety and functionality of onboard medical and non-medical equipment.

Ambulance Make Ready Technicians maintain the serviceability of these emergency vehicles, equipment and consumables, acting autonomously to ensure the continuation of operational vehicles and the maximisation of availability of Ambulances delivering patient care.

Experience in Make Ready or Ambulance Logistics Operations is desirable but not essential.

UK C1 licence is ideal, however the company can provide help and assistance for you to earn a C1 licence.

The full time role involves shift work, including occasional nights and weekends.

On site parking, uniform, PPE and full training provided.

Pay starting at £11.75ph, increasing to £12.50 after probationary period.

28 holiday days per year.
