We are hiring in for an immediate start role in Barnsley, South Yorkshire

Do you have experience working in a call centre and would like to utilise this in an exciting and challenging new environment?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our ambulance control and dispatch team in Barnsley, South Yorkshire.

At 365 Group, we transport low dependency patients to and from treatment centres in a comfortable, caring, compassionate, empathetic and reassuring, timely manner to defined standards based on the principles of CQC standard domains - Caring, Responsive, Effective, Well Led and Safe - C.R.E.W.S. A friendly smile and encouraging approach will make a real difference to the patients that you help, giving them a much-needed boost before or after their appointment.

You will operate the control room computer system to accurately input patient data, any risk assessments or additional requirements and pass the information electronically to the operational ambulance staff who will then complete the patient journeys.

**Main Responsibilities**:
To work full-time on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern to cover 12 hour (7-7) shifts days and nights.

Excellent communication skills, telephone manner, verbally and in writing

Ability to work on your own using initiative as well as part of a wider team to offer the best service.

Good geographical knowledge of the surrounding area would be an advantage.

To work in a high-pressured but rewarding environment, demonstrating your ability to make quick and effective decisions.

In return for this you will be given the opportunity to develop and progress within the control team. Full training is provided for the role.
