Location: Newcastle under Lyme - hybrid remote

We are looking for a European Marketing Manager who strives to be extraordinary and will help differentiate the Radwell Brand from the rest of the industry.

About the role

A unique opportunity to join our global Marketing department, developing our European strategies from the Newcastle-under-Lyme base.

This senior appointee is expected to take responsibility for growing the business from all sectors and establish a strong marketing presence in both traditional and digital sectors. This will involve leading and managing a small team on all aspects of digital/onlinemarketing, further developing the website, social media, SEO, copywriting etc, and also more traditional marketing including advertising, marketing collateral, networking etc. This person will also collaborate with the North American Marketing Team on globalbranding, projects and campaigns.

You will need to quickly gain an understanding of the complexities of the business model with a good eye for detail, and be able to turnaround briefings and reports for internal and external strategic partners at short notice.

Required Experience
About your experience
- An evidence-based approach to marketing strategies
- Experience of producing and implementing content strategies
- Leadership and management experience
- Educated to degree level in a marketing related field
- Experience of using digital communications
- Experience of budget management
- A second European language would be a definite advantage
