Marketing Manager

Location: Stoke on Trent

Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday 37.5 hours

Salary: up to £48000 per annum

Key Responsibilities

As the Marketing Manager, you'll:

  • Develop and deliver a marketing strategy across digital, offline, and internal channels.
  • Plan, write, and manage engaging content for websites, blogs, case studies, and email newsletters — optimised for SEO.
  • Create and manage organic social media campaigns to build brand awareness and drive engagement.
  • Work closely with external PPC and SEO specialists to maximise paid and organic performance.
  • Analyse campaign results and share insights with senior management.
  • Design and coordinate offline marketing materials such as brochures, signage, and point-of-sale displays.
  • Collaborate with internal sales teams to align marketing activity with business goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy.
  • Manage project photography, case studies, and internal communications.
  • Plan and deliver targeted email campaigns to existing and potential customers.

About You

To thrive in this Marketing Manager role, you'll bring:

Proven experience in B2B or B2C marketing.

  • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills across multiple formats.
  • Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing analytics.
  • Experience managing organic and paid media campaigns (agency coordination a plus).
  • Confidence creating offline marketing materials and managing design projects.
  • Great communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organisational and project management abilities.
  • A self-motivated and proactive approach — able to work independently.

Desirable:

  • Experience within manufacturing or construction sectors.
  • Basic graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite or similar).
