Marketing Executive

_**Ford-Mainwaring**_is a privately-owned business with over 40 years of experience in mechanical & electrical building services; installations & maintenance, operating across the public sector in specialist and secure environments.

This hands-on role is supported directly by the FM Marketing Director and FM Business Leader. This role is essential to realising the marketing & sales strategy and will be an integral role for the business’ growth.

You will be responsible for driving forwards the marketing function within the business, working as part of a small team and closely interacting with the Ford-Mainwaring Sales Engineers to deliver sales marketing campaigns and to be involved in the ongoing overall company marketing strategy.

**Qualifications, Skills & Experience**
- Proven project management skills - ability to plan, prioritise, coordinate, and communicate.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of social media platforms (including LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and other emerging B2B platforms).
- Creative experience of writing posts and high-performing social media copy.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, SEO and Google performance criteria.
- CRM experience.
- Photoshop/Illustrator knowledge (for adjusting content assets).
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and under pressure of tight deadlines.
- Problem Solving - ability to overcome obstacles and find solutions to broadly set objectives, while sometimes working independently.
- Influencing - ability to engage individuals at all levels and in different business functions.
- Critical Thinking and Analysis - interpreting verbal and numerical data to arrive at useful insights and conversion into actions and plans.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to content calendar in response to relevant Marketing Plans and own appropriate content.
- Create agreed digital content and/or manage through incumbent creative agencies as appropriate
- Manage website utilising backend CMS.
- Management of all website and social channels content updates.
- Management of Social Media channels: Enter, create, curate, post, and monitor content in line with marketing objectives, ABM, and sales target accounts.
- Performance monitoring and analysis of Social Media Channels, Websites, and competitive set. Manage KPIs, measure ROI and propose short vs. long term actions.
- Engage in social listening to identify and report on trends.
- Manage content and prospecting activity alongside Sales Engineers using SimPRO system.
- Manage agency relationships including development of SEO and lead generation campaigns.
- Maintain relationships with Vendors and manage funding requests to support FM activity.
- Manage customer events
- Input to annual budgeting process (from annual plan) and budget management for assigned tasks.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Sales team to identify new opportunities.
