Customer Service Advisor

Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

About the Role

As a Customer Service Executive, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring smooth order fulfilment and effective communication. You will be responsible for managing customer queries, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, and overseeing project fulfilment to meet strict deadlines.

Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first approach are essential, along with the ability to problem-solve and build strong relationships.
