**Part-time (24 hrs) £10.90 p/h r** **Full-time (40 hrs) applicants will also be considered - £22,734.78** We are looking for additional Customer Service Advisors to join our friendly and hard working team. The role involves handling customer orders/queries and complaints via the telephone as well as using a Call Centre System to answer tickets and provide "Live Chat". The successful applicant will ideally have prior Call Centre experience and be able to deal with fluctuating levels of order volumes as well as being professional and resilient at all times. An interest in home furnishings would be helpful but is not essential as full training will be given. You will need to be comfortable using a wide range of IT/Software packages as well as having a polite, friendly and professional telephone manner. Customer Services is open 9.00 am to 5.00 pm, Mondays through to Saturdays so you will be expected to work weekends on a rota basis.
