Customer Service Advisor

Do you have experience working in a customer facing role? Looking for that next great move in your career? Then we have an exciting new opportunity for you as an Equine Insurance Customer Service Advisor within our friendly team based in Cheltenham.

Joining us as a Customer Service Advisor in our office based in Cheltenham, means you'll have the benefit of working Monday to Friday, earn a basic salary relative to your experience as well as a generous bonus structure. This means you have the opportunity to earn OTE of up to £23,000. You’ll also be rewarded with all the great benefits of working with the UKs largest independent Insurance Brokers. Work life balance is important and this role is just 35 hours a week, Monday - Friday.
The office is based in the centre of Cheltenham which is home to many cafes, shops and excellent transport links and parking is available if needed just a 10-minute walk from the office.

Our friendly team are extremely sociable with monthly team days in the office where there are different games and activities to build those great working relationships. The team are also frequently rewarded with free lunches, award ceremonies and other activities such as canoeing trips.

**This role specialises in equine insurance and therefore we are looking for someone with knowledge or experience of horses.**

**So, what does the role of a Customer Service Advisor here involve?**
- Build positive relationships with customers, Insurers and other external stakeholders providing advice and solutions as required
- Take personal responsibility for own development and ensuring knowledge and expertise is kept up to date
- Working in a regulated financial environment you will be trained to play an important role in helping the company ensure regulations are followed to protect our customers

**What are we looking for in our** **Customer Service Advisors?**

For this role we are looking for someone who has knowledge or experience of horses. Someone who is focused on giving the best possible experience to our customers, if you have a background in retail or hospitality that would be an advantage but isn’t essential. You will need to enjoy working in a team, helping and supporting others and be driven to achieve all our team goals and objectives. Having attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly and a positive attitude is also a must.
