Are you a Customer Service Advisor or Sales Advisor looking for a new challenge?

We are looking for Customer Service and Sales Advisors to join our vibrant domestic fuel sales team based in our Cheltenham?office. This is a permanent?full-time position, working 37.5 hours a week Monday - Friday.

As a Customer Sales Advisor for Certas Energy you’ll have access to:

In a vital role to the success of Certas Energy, our Customer Sales Advisor work in a fast-paced environment helping our domestic heating oil customers with placing their orders and?giving them the experience of exceptional?service. You will identify allcurrent customer needs?and investigate future potential needs,?in order to present customers with the relevant products and services that will contribute to their satisfaction.

As a Customer Sales Advisor you will be required to have excellent margin management skills, using a combination of up selling, account management and cross-selling as indicated within KPIs / performance targets. You will also be required to work withina team that aims to exceed expectations of customers by effectively identifying and matching customer needs in a professional, responsive and effective manner.
