This structure will also support your ongoing personal development needs and we’re fully committed to developing you as an individual so as to enable you to get the best from your team.

So.if you’re feel excited by the above or would like to explore this opportunity further, please do get in touch and come and see what we have to offer.

Such actions will prioritise the delivery of high-quality patient centred care.

As the anaesthetic team lead you will seek out improvement opportunities at all times and empower your team to consider new and innovative ways of working. You will encourage service development and support an agenda of continual improvement to the benefit of both the staff and patient experience.

You will be aware of the national theatre landscape and through horizon scanning will be suitably placed to drive forward the Trust’s exciting modernisation plans. You will do this in a way that engages all staff and continually reinforces the Trust’s values and beliefs.

Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust (SFT) is an innovative hospital with a proud heritage and over 250 years of experience behind us. Here we’re driven to deliver an outstanding experience for everyone and have been well regarded for the quality of care and treatment we continue to provide for our patients and also our staff.

We support flexible working and will consider requests taking into account the needs of the service. We think working here is pretty rewarding.
