JOB TITLE: IP Solicitor
PQE: 3+
LOCATION: Birmingham

THE ROLE:
Working within an established team and knowledgeable IP Lawyers, the successful IP Solicitor will be responsible for managing their own caseload of matters with a particular focus on contentious IP related matters. Handling a purely IP caseload, the appointedIP Solicitor will be dealing with complex patent litigation as well as straight forward cease and desist matters together with some transactional IP matters including dealing with IP Licensing and assignment agreements. Client base will be varied and includeclients across a range of industry sectors.
THE CANDIDATE:
Ideal Solicitors / Lawyers will have at least 3 years PQE in conducting their own caseload of IP related matters including both contentious and non-contentious related matters gained with a leading practice renowned for their IP offerings. IP Solicitors withproven technical expertise in dealing with contentious IP matters are encouraged to apply. If you have a genuine passion and desire to specialise within IP law within a highly regarded practice that is keen to continue growing their IP offering, then thisis the role for you.
