JOB TITLE: Senior Employment/ Commercial
PQE REQUIRED: 8+ PQE
LOCATION: Birmingham
SALARY: £55,000-£75,000 DOE- Generous fee share agreement.
THE ROLE:
Our highly reputable client is looking grow their firm with the addition of a Senior Solicitor on a consultancy basis. In this flexible role you will have the opportunity to take charge of your career, choosing the hours you work and the files you handle, workingfrom home and only attending the office when you have meetings, working with your existing client base as well as undertaking business development to build on your success. The firm will help with marketing and work generation, but it is encouraged that consultantsview cases that the firm can refer to as a bonus rather than what they rely on. This is an excellent opportunity to move away from the constraints of a traditional law firm setting to really focus on what matters most to you, building relationships with yourclients which results in fee income. You should be an experienced Employment/ Commercial Solicitor or Partner, ideally with a client following.

The firm are a well known national commercial law firm. They offer the very best and expert advice in all commercial areas of law including; data protection, IP and IT. They are offering a generous fee share agreement to Senior Solicitors/ Partners that arelooking to move away from the traditional way of working within a law firm.
