Here at GXO Logistics, we’re recruiting for a **Booking Administrator **to join our team at West Hallam. This is a **full-time, permanent position**, working Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00.

- We’re looking to offer a salary of **£21,902.40 **per annum.

**What you’ll do on a typical day**:
- Provide guidance for the bookings team to enable them to meet objectives, encouraging open communication between them to address any potential issues effectively and in a timely manner
- Ensure customer service level agreements are achieved, escalating any issues impacting on these to line management and customer directly
- Produce reports and KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis for both the senior management team and our customers
- Deliver team member performance reviews and develop succession plans as appropriate
**What you need to succeed at GXO**:
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Previous experience within a warehouse environment is preferred, but not essential
- An understanding of Warehouse and Transport operations
- Be confident in using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) as well as Blue Yonder WMS and Customer SAP systems
