We are currently recruiting for a Booking Clerk to join our brand-new team at our Multi-user site, based at West Hallam.You will be responsible for ensuring customer orders are processed within a timely manner whilst, building and maintaining effectiverelationships with both internal and external key stakeholders. Your working hours will be 08:00 -17:00, Monday - Friday, however flexibility is required with this role.

**Pay, benefits and more**:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £21,500 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday pay (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. **What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Develop effective relationships with both internal and external key stakeholders
- Proactively manage the daily booking activities
- Receive all incoming orders and deal with them in order of priority as set by the customer, utilising the necessary IT systems and skills in load planning, ensuring that all transactions are completed accurately
- Ensure that effective reporting processes are in place for both management and the customer

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Understanding of warehouse and transport operations
- Administration and bookings experience such as Blue Yonder WMS and Customer SAP systems would be advantageous
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships
- Excellent attention to detail
