**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and nurture strong relationships with colleagues and contractors to ensure seamless installations for our customers.
- Resolve customer issues quickly and find innovative solutions for future installations.
- Participate in sessions to help improve operational efficiency using key metrics.
- Support the onboarding of new contractors, helping them integrate smoothly into our network.
- Assisting the senior ops team with admin and regulatory paperwork.

- Resilient and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities at once.
- Organised and efficient in making processes run smoothly.
- A curiosity for understanding how things work and improving them.
- A strong focus on delivering the best customer experience possible.
- A self-starter who enjoys finding and solving problems independently.
- Analytical skills and data interpretation (helpful, but not essential).
