Our team blends clinical insight with product, design and logistics expertise to build a care model that puts people first.Your Role:As a Junior Clinical Operations Associate, you'll be on the front lines of our clinical delivery. You'll be responsible for ensuring patients and clients are fully supported and appointments are running smoothly - from initial booking through to follow-up. You'll work closely with patients, clinicians, and client partners to ensure expectations are met and care is delivered seamlessly. You'll be the first person our patients and practitioners speak to, and your goal will be to maintain the excellent clinical and customer service that Heim has been known for.
