**Junior People Associate for JOE & THE JUICE UK LTD.**

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
Our UK Operation is looking for a Full-Time Junior People Associate to assist our people team in ensuring HR compliance, lead employee investigations, and advise operational management on disciplinary actions.

‍The Trainee is supervised and supported by the People team at our office, who will educate and train the trainee in everything related to Employee Relations bottoms up.

**‍RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Employee investigations are conducted, and the appropriate disciplinary measures are taken in alignment with company Code of Conduct and policies.
- Assess and escalate high risk employee relations cases to Senior members of People Team
- Assist in rolling out and driving of new HR processes and policies across the market
- Employees are adhering to the company’s policies and conduct a strict and consistent follow up.
- Follow up on operational management to ensure procedures are carried out and documented.
- Improve manager and employee performance and relationships by identifying and clarifying weaknesses and seek efficient solutions.
- Analyze and flag employee concerns, behavior and patterns in specific regions or areas of the business to Senior members of the People team which could improve the general work environment, employee satisfaction and financial goals of the company.
- Ensure a consistent paper trail and documenting all employee relations cases. This means that all employee data is consistently kept “clean”, aligned, and archived.

**EXPECTATIONS**:
You must be a driven and hardworking individual with a passion for all things employee relations. You have strong analytical skills and are pragmatic and solution orientated. You are structured, punctual, and systematic. You should be reliable and flexible when it comes to workload and working hours.

No prior experience is needed, but a degree within a relevant field is preferred.
