Job description - Junior Operations Assistant
In this Operations Associate job in London, you will be joining a well-established COO team, reporting to the HR and Operations Manager.
You will be responsible for supporting administrative duties in the COO team, such as invoicing and payments, but will also support other departments with general administration and coordination. There will also be regular opportunities to get involved in projectsfor HR, Marketing, Events, Sales and Memberships.

Key responsibilities - Junior Operations Assistant
In this Operations Executive opportunity in London, your responsibilities will include:

- Owning invoicing processes and ensuring everything is tracked and processed effectively
- Working with the COO to support him in delivering operational excellence across the
team. This will include some project management as well as analytical and research work
- Keeping on top of administrative duties, such as managing inboxes and supporting
expenses processes
- Supporting the HR manager in maintaining and updating the HR systems, including
Charlie HR
- Building a relationship with the finance team to ensure finance processes are on time
- Working with new technology stack as it is developed to help out the marketing
team with website administration and development
- Assisting across the business where needed, for example occasionally working with the events team to support with morning or evening events operations
Job requirements - Junior Operations Assistant
- Degree educated
- Experience working in a fast-paced office or business environment
- Demonstrable experience managing processes, ideally financial
- A good writing style with attention to detail
- Good communicator and the ability to present information accurately
- Ability to anticipate and handle potential objections
- Passion for technology and innovation
- Able to work in London 3 - 4 days a week and attend monthly evening events, as required
